Change of details form used to update contact details for Parents, Students and/or emergency contacts.

Change of scripture

To change your child’s Scripture group, please follow the steps outlined on the  Online Enrolment Application (nsw.gov.au). Please note that changes can only be made during the last week of term or the first week of the new term.

During enrolment, you can choose a special religious education option for your child from the school’s available approved providers. You can withdraw your child from special religious education by selecting alternative meaningful activities, or special education in ethics if it’s available.

Working With Children Check - Declaration form

WWCC declaration formA child-related worker is a person whose work involves direct contact with a child or children, and whose contact is a usual part of and more than incidental to the work. Parents and carers must complete this form before assisting in the classroom. Once submitted, it remains valid for the duration of your child’s time at the school unless circumstances change.
